As the Latinx population continues to grow, California Manos del Corazón is expanding its programs and services. Throughout the state, the need for resources has increased, especially within Latinx Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, Hard of Hearing and Late-Deafened (DDBDDHHLD) communities.
